SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions describe how The Lange Firm, PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Firm”) uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with individuals who have opted in to receive such communications.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.


1. SMS Consent Policy

By opting in to receive SMS communications from The Lange Firm, PLLC, you consent to receive text messages related to legitimate business purposes.

Your phone number and SMS consent will never be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS consent is used solely to communicate directly with you regarding your inquiries or relationship with the Firm.

You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week, depending on appointment scheduling, follow-ups, or ongoing communications related to your matter.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

The Lange Firm, PLLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.


5. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS communications through one or more of the following methods:

  • Verbally providing consent during a phone call

  • Submitting an online contact, intake, or scheduling form

  • Checking an opt-in box on a website form

  • Completing a paper form that includes SMS consent language

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services.


6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us

  • Contacting us directly by phone or email and requesting removal

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Firm unless you re-enroll.
